Mac or PC laptop?? which one is better???

okay sooooo i want a laptop.......whts difference between macs and pcs???? in my opinion macs are sooo much better bec they are soo tehcnologically advanced and very useful....i really dont like pcs although i own one... but i want a new mac laptop with the isight camera....it comes with all the programs right??? yah........just tell me anything u know.thnks
