i want to widen my back, like get my chest and back wider, kind of get that v shape. things is i know the best way to do that is through pull ups, but i dont have a gym memebership as i dont believe in them, nor do i have a pull up bar or anything i can use as a pull up bar. ive oalso got 1 dumbell so do have 1 weight, lol. i can vary the weight from 3kgs to 14 kgs.
