Is the 'Integrated Intel GMA 4500 MHD' a good graphics card and can it play runescape well?

Well i have tested this chipset on MSI G41 Motherboards and the windows rates it 3.6 out of 7.9 pretty fair or a free graphics acclerator but it should be able to run games at low resolution and details.
