Why government of India and chief minister of Kashmir are not asking Pakistan to vacate?

Every one in the world know that it is Pakistan which has occupied Kashmir during 1948.And now it is creating problems to India by encouraging anti-national elements in Kashmir. Why even UNO is not asking Pakistan to vacate the occupied Kashmir first before flowing the crocodile tears.Mr.CM, Omar Abdul ha if you not born at that time and do not know the truth then ask your father and find out.You being CM you must know that India has not occupied Kashmir but It is Pakistan has doe it.
