Why are black women portrayed as being unnatractive and unfeminine in the media?

I don't think it's true. In the media, we're constantly bombarded with all of these black females who are in desirable and respectful roles. However, there are a lot of loud black women in the media as well, but I think it's reflective of reality more than anything.
