How can I protect my mail from turkish mailmen?

There are alot of turkish mail men in the post office near me, and all they do all day is sniff my mail and rub it on their testicles. Whenever I finally recieve my mail it has all kinds of bodily fluids on it. Anyone know how I can stop this from happening?
