Why do I consistantly keep getting booted from ahoo games?

Why do I keep getting booted of Yahoo games? I can play for about 10 min. and then it freezes up and I get booted and I cant get back on in time to finish my game and lose. I have watched as my rating has fallen steadily over the past few monthsby over 400 points.
