Hello, i have chubby cheeks frm my childhood but these days my face is growin too large,i sleep a lot?

i'm 22 and since past year i'm staying home i have put on 10 kgs since last year , my face is grwing like anything..i have big face.. wt could be the reason wt show i do for slim cubby less cheeks..give me somw ideas..
