No food for school lunch? Please advise ASAP!!?

I am so angry! My son just text me and let me know that once again when his freshman cl get to go eat lunch, there is no food in the cafeteria. Let me rephrase that, the menu items are gone, the salad bar (if that is what you wanna call it) has cheese, carrots, something that slightly resembles tuna salad and green peppers. That is what he gets to pick from??? This is NOT the first time he has gone back to cl hungry. He is 15, athletic and by no means the only child going hungry. What can I do about this??
