If I'm doing a brief summary for my honors english cl would 2 sentences for each chapter be sufficient?

This is my first year of high school and i want to make a good impression. I'm in honors english and was asked to write a brief summary on the chronicles of narnia: The Lion, the witch, and the wardrobe. Half of it will just be the summary and the other the theme.
