What is "roxy" or "roxi" usually it comes in 30mgs...?

"roxi" is an abbreviation for Roxicodone which is a brand name for oxycodone. Oxycodone is a narcotic (schedule II meaning it has a high potential for abuse). Oxycodone is often combined with other drugs, such as acetaminophen (then it's known as Percocet) or with aspirin (then it's known as Percodan). None of these drugs come in 30 mg. they usually come in 5 mg, unless they are extended release which come in 10, 20, 40 or 80 mg. You may have pure oxycodone (Roxicodone), oxycodone and acetaminophen (Roxicet) or oxycodone and aspirin (Roxiprin). Either way you have a stong narcotic pain killer.
