A good 5.1 sound card for Vista?

The last one I bought had the worst Vista driver (Sound Blaster Audigy SE). The drivers that came with the card played 5.1 but were so buggy that my computer blue screened all the time. I went to the website and downloaded the latest driver, and astonshingly the driver only supported 2.1 for music playback and the none of the enhancement programs worked with the dirver. Will never buy a Sound Blaster card again. Im looking for a card that is made with Vista in mind. Im on a budget so nothing over $60 (US) please.
