Well first off, someone that listens to Justin Bieber will end up getting on your last nerve im sure...but back to the question. Yes any time you tell a woman that the 2 times you were going to be in town you wanted to take the time out of your schedule to grab a bite to eat and if she isnt an idiot she sees that as (you are wanting to see her again/get to know her more.) She gave you her number in return and if she actually takes you up on that dinner date then 100%. You are in there, just make sure ya get to know her quite well so you will remember to do something that she really likes the next time your in town...Good Luck
