What's The Name of This Book?

Hey, I read this book years ago and I was wondering what it's called. It was about this group of guys who go to a uniform school. It's summer so it's really hot, but the school won't make uniform shorts for them to wear. The guys protest by wearing girl's quilts. That's all I remember.
