My underwear is wet, what can it be.?

I am 16 years old, and my has been getting really wet or some. When i go to sleep i do not wear underwear when i woke up i didnt relize anything but i have been sitting down on the computer and i felt my pj pants and its wet, it has no oder.not stringie. just always feels wet, what could it be?
