My ex's got a new gf and it's killing me. Pls help.?

I broke up with my ex on 24th Nov and I just saw their pictures dated 6th Dec posted in Friendster. They were very close. There's even a pic in the dressing room. I feel so hurt by that. The thought of her getting so close to my ex is causing all the heartaches u could never imagine.. The thought of them making out etc is killing me. I want to get over this guy and I want to learn how to ignore all these stuffs. Pls help.
