Macbook Pro prompting to shutdown :(?

Go to control panel and check the power management, increase the stand by time or check in the battery management. another way is to right click on the desktop select personalise and choose screen saver, you will have power management option's there too. Incerese the system ideal time. and change from shutdown to other option
