How can I get my eczema under control?

I have the some thing. Doc told me to use the cream. Wash cloths with none fragrance, use hypoallergenic shampoo, drink plenty of water and thats all you can do T-T i know how u fell i have it on the back but no one sees that but its going away little by little. Oh also no perfume lol
