Excessive farting from ?

I have been having with a guy for about 6 months now. While it was initially tight and sore, i have found it very enjoyable. One thing i have noticed thou is that i seem to be ping wind all the time. I can understand after , or a few days, but its like been 2 weeks and i fart all day and really really smelly. it is because my rectum has just got looser and that is normal?
